Privacy Policy

P2X ("we", "us", "the platform") operates a B2B lead-generation marketplace for polypropylene (PP) woven products. This policy explains what we collect from members, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what the platform needs to verify a business and connect buyers with sellers:

  • Account details — name, mobile number and email address, supplied at signup and verified by one-time password (OTP) on both channels.
  • Business details — GSTIN, legal/trade name, registered and operating addresses, and contact persons. Most of this is fetched from the GST registry using the GSTIN you provide.
  • Verification documents — files you upload to support your business registration.
  • Listings and enquiries — product listings you publish, their specifications, and records of the seller contacts you unlock.
  • Payment records — plan purchases and their status. Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
  • Device and session data — browser, operating system and device type, used to enforce the limit on how many devices a single account may stay signed in on.

2. How we use it

  • To create and secure your account, and to sign you in via OTP.
  • To verify that a business is genuine before its listings go live.
  • To show your listings to buyers, and to reveal your business contact details to a buyer who has unlocked them under an active plan.
  • To process plan purchases and maintain your subscription.
  • To send transactional messages — OTPs, approval and rejection notices, and account or plan updates — over WhatsApp and email.
  • To investigate misuse and to comply with law.

3. What we share

We do not sell your data. We share it only in these situations:

  • With other members — your business name, product listings and specifications are visible to members browsing the marketplace. Your contact details are revealed only to a buyer who unlocks them under an active plan.
  • With service providers — cloud hosting and storage, our payment gateway, the GST verification service, and our email and WhatsApp messaging providers. They may process your data only to perform that service for us.
  • Where the law requires it — in response to a valid legal request, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

4. Payments

Plan payments are processed by our payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank credentials are entered on the gateway's own interface and never reach our servers. We retain only the plan, amount, status and gateway reference for each transaction.

5. Retention

We keep account, business and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Verification documents are retained while the business remains registered on the platform.

6. Security

Access to the platform is protected by OTP-based sign-in, short-lived session tokens stored in secure HTTP-only cookies, and a cap on concurrent signed-in devices per account. Uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep control of the mobile number and email address registered to your account.

7. Your choices

  • You can view and update your business profile at any time from your dashboard. Edits to a verified business are re-reviewed before going live.
  • You can pause or delete your listings.
  • You can ask us to close your account and delete personal data we are not legally required to retain.
  • Transactional messages (OTPs, approval notices) cannot be switched off while your account is active — they are part of the service.

8. Cookies

We use cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to identify your device for the session-limit rule. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The revision date shown at the top of this page always reflects the current version; continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.

10. Contact

For any privacy question or request, write to us from the email address registered to your account using the contact details on our website.
